2. WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS AND HOW DO WE OBTAIN IT?

We process the personal data you provide directly when completing this website's contact form (name, email, service of interest, estimated budget, and project details) or when chatting with our virtual assistant Jaume, in which case we also store the content of the conversation held before the form was submitted. We do not collect special category data (Art. 9 GDPR) or make automated decisions about you.

3. FOR WHAT PURPOSE AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?

To respond to your inquiries and manage the commercial or pre-contractual relationship initiated through the contact form or the virtual assistant. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?

We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. We use the following data processors under contract, in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR: our form management provider, for sending contact requests; our content management platform and database, for storing the contacts generated by the virtual assistant; and the analytics and advertising providers detailed in our Cookies Policy. Where any such provider is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is safeguarded under the mechanisms provided in Chapter V GDPR (standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We retain your data for as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the relationship, or until you exercise your right to erasure. Where a contractual relationship is established, your data will be kept for the duration of the contract and, thereafter, for the applicable statutory limitation periods (tax, commercial).

Awesomely SL has implemented the technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure the security and integrity of the personal data processed, and to prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorized access.

The website is not directed at minors. Awesomely SL does not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18.
